Hi, I’m Amanda Sanchez-Fasolo, the founder of Board & Bite — and first and foremost, I’m a proud mom and wife with a passion for creating meaningful experiences through food.
Board & Bite was born from my love of bringing people together. I believe that food has a unique way of sparking joy, connection, and celebration — and I wanted to turn that passion into something I could share with others.
At Board & Bite, we specialize in artfully crafted boards, bites, and grazing bars designed to elevate any gathering — from intimate get-togethers to large celebrations. Every board is created with care, intention, and a touch of creativity, because we know that details matter.
